Who we are:

You can find everything you need to know about us, DMAT Holdings Limited (company number 13240497) and The Labyrinthe Club Limited (company number 13244176), and our products on our website or from our sales staff before you order.  If your purchase relates to LARP or Labyrinthe activities your contract will be with The Labyrinthe Club Limited and in all other circumstances your contract will be with DMAT Holdings Limited.

 

How we use your Information

We may collect, process, and store information about you if you use our website to purchase products or gift vouchers, or if you voluntarily provide us with such information (for example, if you were to subscribe to our mailing list, enter a competition, post content to one of our social media pages using a hashtag or similar, apply for a job with DMAT Holdings Ltd, or take part in enquiries or surveys). We may collect and use this information to:

 

  • Enable the use of and make improvements to our website.
  • Process orders, book events, and other related activities.
  • Supply our goods and services.
  • With your consent, send direct marketing materials to you.
  • Operate, improve, and evaluate our business and website.
  • Improve merchandise selections and customer service.
  • Identify your product and service preferences.
  • Notify you about new products, services, events, features, promotions, and special offerings relating to DMAT Holdings Ltd and The Labyrinthe Club Ltd that we believe you will find valuable.
  • Verify your identity where necessary (for example, if you were to return merchandise or request a refund).

  • Identify, help prevent, and secure our operations and protect against fraud, unauthorised activity, claims, and other liabilities and minimise risk.
  • Your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

 

We may use cookies to keep track of what you have in your basket, and to remember you when you return to our website. To order products you will need cookies enabled. If you do not wish to enable cookies you will be able to browse the site and use it for research purposes and make a purchase in our retail store instead. We may use banner advertising on other websites to present you with products we think may be of interest to you based on your browsing history. We don’t store personally identifiable data such as credit card details in cookies we create. Cookies do not harm your computer and help us to identify and resolve errors.

 

You have the right to withdraw your consent for us to use your personal information for marketing purposes at any time. If you wish to do so, you can email us at bookings@labyrinthe.co.uk requesting that we do not process your information for marketing purposes.

 

Additionally, you have the right to:

 

  • Request access to the information we hold about you.
  • Obtain confirmation so to whether or not information concerning you exists.
  • Be informed of the content and source of such information and check its accuracy.
  • Correct, delete, block, cancel, update, or object to the use of your information held by us.

 

To do so, email your request to bookings@labyrinthe.co.uk. We may need to take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to the information, in order to protect your privacy.

 

If you have signed up to our Members Area, you will have agreed to our Club Rules.  We will use member information in all the ways above, but also display your bookings to others who have signed up to our Members Area (and so also agreed to the Club Rules).  Any member who has signed up will be able to see the names of players, referees, assistant referees and crew signed up to events in our event diary.  You are welcome to use a pseudonym or other given name as a member, if this is the case, please let us know on bookings@labyrinthe.co.uk, where we will amend your account.
