Excuseme, Sorry to do this, but I'm looking for Hector
I've been led to believe that he might have been involved in closing a rift. The rift was one that the Myronese were using to create Bao'Bane ore. In my role as Former Governor I am aware of Willocks position within the Empires Ranks , you should treat him as appropriately as any other visiting noble or ranking member of the empires hierachy ,to Gothiel
