Far from the Gods and Dragons – magic and spirit (only) cost +1 power (or 30s focus if an innate, item, scroll etc.). Divine / Draconic Guidance applies. This is an environmental area effect

Power Words “Lack of Wealth” – is a domination effect. Causes all targeted to attack whoever they perceive (in their immediate vicinity) as having the least wealth with a single attack in the most efficient and expedient way possible. Think of it as a snooty noble batting away a horrible beggar that is invading their space. It will be bronze mana and cast effecting 8 levels.

Unholy Word “Grull” – Mantic Unholy Word inflicts 60 TBLP as a base. This is reduced 6TBLP per 10ISP personalized to you (so not potions, scrolls etc but anything personalized. This does not include guild items). It is mantic with lowest SAC / MAC applying at 1:1 and neutral spirit / grey mana. Good to work out its impact pre-event and mark on BB, thanks.

Grull + Damage grade (“Grull Quad”) – goes down by 1 grade (base) for every 50K of stuff (not items) you have on you at the point in time you are struck. It is neutral spirit, physical and grey mana. Again, good to work out the grull value of your stuff.

Wardpact Items – you break this wardpact if you use an item weapon to hit them, use an item of +3 CLs to cast a spell against them etc. Breach of wardpact results in death. You are aware of this wardpact IC upon its voicing.

“Stacking Sleep” – on the blow, will be a stacking rune of sleep (as per blue mana spell in all ways). These stacking and remain until they hit your resistance level and the effect goes off, or until a full 5 mins with no runes being added has passed

I have no idea on how to calculate isp value of a non std item. What's the typical base of a 4 day EL item? I think that may make me safe enough from the 60tblp effect...?

A 4-Day item is 80ISP, so you'd be taking it down to 12TBLP if that's your only item.
