The draining of all Places of Power is the work of cultists of the Dead God Thanatar. We need to take steps against the twin cults, who appear to be related to the two dismembered portions of this divinity. On the 11th day of next month, we will find our first proactive steps against this foe, details of which I hesitate to share even here.
