Hi all

Would like to get an idea for Dungeon Dates, i would like to start in May 2021, first Dungeon will be a Max 500.

What would peoples preferences be for Dungeon Frequency? Im happy to do 1 a month until the campaigns complete, equally im happy to stretch the time between dungeons if need be.

Ideally i would like the starting party to be available for as many dungeons as possible, obviously that's going to be nigh on impossible to do but if we can get a feel for frequency and book in advance we might stand a better chance of getting together for as many of them as possible.

Thanks for setting this up. I’m up for playing or crewing. Personally I would prefer a gap larger than monthly if I was playing but that is because of family plus other Labyrinthe campaigns I am playing or set to play. If it is monthly then I would try to monster as many as possible

Happy with one a month, I believe there’s a group of 6 of us that have secured spaces, but we hinge quite heavily on Saturdays.

Unfortunately I can only do saturdays most likely but I hope I can play!

I have not told anyone specifically they can have spaces infact it would be rude of me to do so.

I was contacted by Mark and co expressing a wish to play, im happy for anyone to book on as long as they meet the ethos, ie it will suit a goodly shaped party. I am aware Mark and co want to play Oni characters which is totally their choice, but as i say i would 100% prefer a goodly oriented party as it fits the entire campaign better.

Obviously we are limited to a party of 12, giving up 6 spaces to an entirely evil group is unfortunately not going to work well for me i am sorry to say.

I don't want to insist that every player is goodly, however i would prefer if the party is a majority goodly, but overall i just want people tp have fun and explore a story with friends.

Not sure what the answer is here, as it seems there is alot of interest and unfortunately someone will be let down.

I have to say as well Sundays are personally a better choice for me personally, due to family and work commitments.

I think maybe we should set the first 3 dates in stone first and work out who can make all 3 and move from there?

Sorry mate, I thought your "I think i have 4 confirmed, so your 6 would take it to 10. Would be more than happy with that. " was confirmation, and an indication that 4 others were confirmed. More than happy to book off if needed

I think we got our wires crossed Mark, i meant confirmed as interested, I wouldn't give anyone an allocated slot as so much can change between now and May. Im happy for your 6 people to book on, but as I've always maintained when the dungeons go up for booking on they will be open to everyone. I don't think I can actually stop people from playing or booking on.

All i can ask is people who are interested in playing the entire campaign book on and turn up for as many dungeons as possible.

That is why i say lets get the first 3 dates up on the site and then we can see who can make all 3 and go on from there.

Additionally if your starting a new character on the dungeon you will likely need to do a few of them if your using the free 500pts character option to pay off the debt etc.

And as I've always maintained i would like a goodly party as it just fits the ethos of the campaign better.

I want this to be as open to 12 dedicated people who are interested in seeing through from start to finish, hence why I say dungeons will be booked in blocks of 2 to 4 in advance so people have plenty of time to get sorted for them.

Additionally as ive mentioned the majority are likely to be Sunday dungeons as that is generally my least demanding day.

In that case I will book off/rescind interest(?), as mark said we had assumed your email response of being 'more than happy with that' when we asked about booking meant you were cool to have us. Clearly some crossed wires.

I am cool to have you all, i am just not promising places to anyone in advance, not unless they can commit to the first block of dungeons.

Seems pointless to tell people they can't play because all of the spots are taken and then after the first dungeon half the party cant make the next few.

I think its best to get some concrete interest first and then 3 or 4 dungeons set in stone that all can attend barring unavoidable circumstances.

Otherwise i run the risk of losing core people during the campaign, which will not help with the flow and immersion of the campaign.

Thats why i am happy for 1 a month or even longer between them to give everyone interested a chance of attending as many as possible.

As i say im happy for you guys to play, all i ask for is a commitment to play as many as possible (will work out dates with people once we have a solid 12 committed players) and everyone is a party constructive character who wants to see the campaign through.

S’all good. I think the main point is we’re evil which isn’t what you want to ref rather than dates, as we were happy to commit up front.

Not a problem though, means you can get a more ideal party fit for your campaign narrative!

VERY keen to join this, and play something goodly. Tempting to do a scout or comms type, but it is a long way away.

1/month sounds good.

Think I should be looking to bring my oldest then too, so hopefully some dates will coincide with young players.

Sunday easier than Saturday but.. whatever!
