News has finally filtered through to the city from the edges of the Scarlene territories that a few weeks ago the thralls of Lord Grath who dwelt in the Tor Marshes on the northern border of the Dark Forest have been freed by Goblins from said forest. Rumour has it that Lord Grath was furious on losing these peons.

However the news that the thralls in concern had been ritually enslaved by House Grath and were the timid and mostly harmless water loving Goblins of the Kelp Tribe has left House Grath with little sympathy especially given their recent acquisition of House Peters ancestral lands under dubious circumstances. The forces responsible for kidnapping or freeing the Kelp Goblins, depending on your view point, have not been named but suspicions point in a rather specific group of raiders, or liberators, from the Dark Forest…
