Let it be known that the being known as Wye, of the Empire of Glass, is considered outlawed in the Lands of the Ishmaic Confederacy.

Further to the above, let it be known that Ameria of the Confederacy is also outlawed for crimes against The Confederacy. G5,000 dead or alive if found working in our lands.
