Yoshima Hanzuku, the temporary Warlord of the Shadowlands, a renowned Samurai, had always held his honour above all else. Yet, on a moonlit night, he found himself drowning in a sea of remorse. The lands of Amlas he swore to protect had fallen victim to a malevolent Oni plan. Their wicked influence had tainted his heart, twisting his devotion into a weapon against his own people.

The Oni had deceived him through the daughter of the Eagle clan's daimio, whom he loved deeply. Unbeknownst to Yoshima, she had been corrupted, becoming a pawn in their sinister game. With her beguiling charms, she used her privileges to allow her to plant many nefarious demonic explosive globes within the wall of blood.

Haunted by regret, Yoshima committed seppuku in a solemn ritual, piercing his own abdomen with a sharp blade, his resolve unwavering, as he embraced the painful path of seppuku, seeking honourable release from life. His honour cleansed he started the journey to the celestial heavens.
