Weekly Update, 9th & 10th December Options

Wednesday
Ben G reffing the first December Wednesday club, a max 1500 evening single length followed by pizza. Is more space for people to join the fun but is good to go with 7 players, an a-ref and 3 monsters.

Saturday
Amlas Themeday - Three party Themeday following on from this summer’s Amlas extended length. Is open to anyone but will be set in Amlas. The current situation is:
No Max - Sam R reffing with Miles Battleboard ref. Full on players, space for 1 more monster.
10K Ish – Rob B reffing, full on both sides
3k Ish – Fi reffing, full on crew, 5 players booked, could do with more players!

Saturday evening we also have the annual Cavie Christmas Drinks, once we all done at the caves will head to the Bickley for a social gathering. We have an area booked to ourselves and usually a good turn out. Is open to all club members, not just those on the themeday. Christmas jumpers recommended!
The caves carpark is locked at night but you welcome to leave your car in there and collect it in the morning.

Sunday
Big Day Down – The annual winter kit fair and open day at the caves. A selection of LARP traders will be there with all manner of costume, props and kit. There are also taster sessions running during the day to bring along people to try out Labyrinthe. These are sorted for refs but some crew will always be good to help make them run well. All starts at 10am and generally a good social day as people pop down after the pub the night before to collect their cars, get a fry up and do some shopping.


Further Ahead
There are a few events coming up that could do with referees, as been a few changes over last couple of weeks. Remember there are double monster points and counts as 2 annual incentive tickers for crewing in December:

Saturday 16th – Max 750
Thursday 21st - Max 10k Triple Length
Saturday 23rd – Max 7.5k
Friday 29th – Max 5250
Sunday 31st – Max 3k (Daytime Event)
