Apologies for my intrusion.
I need to pass on news of the final death of Gingko Panama, sword master and priest of Zaroan.
He certainly lived up to his epithet of ‘Dead Man Walking’, apparently earned on his very first mercenary outing.
He was always willing to stand against the strongest of opponents, even when their blows cut him to ribbons.
He was driven to leave the relative safety of the group and charge in at any undead present. This lead to him taking a final stand for his god and dying his final death.

I wish to add my condolenses for the final passing of Gingko.

I did not travel, with him for long, but in that time i witnessed him embody the power of his God, Zaroan, so that he could stand to the end of the fight with the undead hordes that swarmed us, and beyond.

If not for his sacrifice i am sure more of us would have fallen.

Ginko was an excellent warrior, and an effective companion. He was useful to have by our side, and we noticed his absence. He died well.

I shared, along with Maho Noh Reyu and Shank, a final formal cup of tea with Ginko san's spirit. We sat and read some poetry. He was content with his death and insisted that any goods he had be used to help our cause.

I will enquire if any of his scrolls remain and ask that they be returned to his family.

I was honoured to know him.

I have faith that the Ancestors are not done with Ginko-San and that Zaroan will return his servant to us
