The key to a good December, as it is every year, is going to be crew, to that end there will be 3 December specific crew rewards carried over from last year.

Themeday Crew: MPs earned on the day can be signed onto a character of choice, credits earned on the day (not writing credits) can be converted to MP’s at 4:1 and again added to a character.
Normal day Crew: Counts as 2 annual incentive ticks, and double MPs.
Wednesday Club Crew: Will count as 1 annual incentive tick.

The rebirth of Tom Bola…
Back by popular demand. Tom post rebirth looks very similar although some of his larger artifacts now have thresholded abilities, so as to not throw out the statting of dungeons. These will be very clear on the item themselves.
Envelopes from Tom haven’t been hit by inflation so have kept there £1 price tag.
They are as previously limited to the amount you can purchase, and will be on sale from the 2nd December.
Anyone popping in can buy 1. (limited to 2 a week as we are open more than just weekends now).
On a day you are playing you can buy 3 (excluding BDD).
Anyone crewing can buy 5 (3 on a single length), BDD changed to 2 per mini sectioned crewed.
Young players can buy 2 on a young player day.
As a little bonus to help the traders on BDD, they will all have a few envelopes from Mr. Bola and will give a single envelope away free for every £100 spent with them.

Club Supporter 2024 available from 2nd of December, benefits as below:
Bronze Company ~ £20
• You will be able to start one non-standard base class/race change in the year without the normal requirement of on/after a days monstering. Other requirements (monster point cost and relevant app etc) still apply as normal.
• Hermit lists/Stairway lists will have the admin fee of £1 waived for Club Supporters.

Silver Company ~ £40
• Rewards as above plus you may be able to make 1 item in the year DNBUOD
• Once during the year on a normal cave double length you may sign on twice as many monster points as usually can.
• Once during the year you may start a character at straight 8th without the need for ref points.

Gold Company ~ £60
• Rewards as above plus you may gain 250 points signed on to one of your characters.

Platinum Company ~ £90
• Rewards as above plus you may be able to make 1 item in the year DNBUOD
• a second innate of Once during the year on a normal cave double length you may sign on twice as many monster points as usually can. Additionally, both this and the silver reward are upgraded such that the amount you can sign on is minimum 300 per use

We are also running a second round of Drowe Club Supporter. Unfortunately, despite a sterling effort from everyone, we’re still not at the number we need to be at for the website. Progress is going wonderfully, but it’ll be some time before we’re able to go live. As such, we’re going to do what we can to get the website across the line, these are available from the 2nd of December.

Hi all,
After reviewing Tombola purchases over the weekend, whilst the aim of tombola is of course to sell as many as possible in the spirit of fairness and accessibility, we are putting the following restrictions in place:
• You cannot buy other people’s tombola for yourself. You are welcome, for example, to buy your crew’s tombola for them as a thank you, but not ‘they didn’t buy their tombola amount so I’ll have it.” This also applies to people in the shop playing Magic cards – if they’re not Labyrinthe club members, they aren’t entitled to a tombola, Club Members engaging in Magic, rather than LARP are entitled to a drop in envelope for themselves.
• The 1 tombola for a drop in is meant to be for people who can’t commit to a whole day at the caves, not on top of getting your weekend amount. As such, the max 2 per week applied to all instances of a tombola purchase – unless there is a caves dungeon on a weekday. Eg, if you are monstering Saturday and playing Sunday, you can’t claim a ‘pop in’ envelope when you come to play magic on Friday night. If there was a Thursday dungeon on, however, you could claim Tombola for crewing and playing that.
We hope this makes sense – again, whilst we will happily admit the Tombola is a money making exercise to help pay for Big Day Down and the Website, we want it to be fairly distributed and accessible to as many people as possible.
