Weekly Update, 20th & 21st April Options

We have a desperate shortage of refs and crew on Sunday with only 1 ref and 2 monsters across 4 dungeons, although no dungeon has more then 6 players so may need to be some co-ordination to make things run. Saturday also in need of 1 red and some crew.

Thursday
A mid week no max triple length being reffed by Miles with Owen on battleboard duty. Currently at 9 players, an a-ref and 3 monsters, so is all good to go but space still on both sides for anyone to join the fun.

Saturday
Church of Knowledge Max 750 – Paul B refs this guild special for newly formed church, it has 8 players and 1 monster but needs an a-ref.
Max 5250 – Was full with a waiting list but the curse of no ref has struck and is down to 9 players. It does have an a-ref but still needing that all important ref role to make the day run, as well as a monster or 2.
Knights of the Risen Pheonix Max 750 – A guild special for another new guild, find the details about them on the forums or in the latest Almanac. It is being reffed by Ben G who has an a-ref and 1 monster helping given the 9 players a good day, Another monster would be good.
Young Players – We are looking for a 2nd ref to join Seamus reffing young players this week, currently 7 players booked on so room for plenty more.

Sunday
Church of the Destroyer Max 10k – Aodhan refs this church evil guild special, unfortunately it has no crew for the 6 players to destroy currently. It needs an a-ref and 1 monster if anyone can help out.
Max 3k – An open dungeon at this popular level, currently has 4 players booked but no crew, would need a ref and couple more people on both sides to be able to run
Max 10k – Unfortunately another dungeon in need of a ref and support crew to be able to run. This one has 5 players on
White Wind Max 750 – This also has 5 players and no ref but does have 2 monsters, so looking the most likely out of the ref-less dungeons to run currently.


Further Ahead
Wednesday club is back next week, a max 1k being reffed by Ben G. Currently has 6 players and an a-ref, needs 1 monster to hit minimum numbers needed but hopefully more will join both sides before next week.


Rumours and Gossip
Edd is on holiday for the next week or so, leaving Duncan manning the shop, emails, Magic and Laby sides of the business on his own, so bare with him if there is a delay on any non-urgent work. This may include points apps being sent out Wednesday, as that’s normally Edd’s favourite job.

Over the next few weeks there are quite a few open dungeons needing refs, if you are free and able to ref something please take a look through the event diary and book on to ref. Having a ref booked in advance really does help dungeons fill up with players and crew, as well as stay filled up.

No change on the ref front for the weekend, with still needing 1 on Saturday and 3 on Sunday if anyone can help out before dungeons have to start being cancelled later in the week?

Things looking a little better for the weekend but still some a-refs and monsters needed both days if anyone can help out.

Thursday
The no max triple length is happening today, is full on crew but space for more players if anyone suddenly finds themselves free today.

Saturday
Church of Knowledge Max 750 – At 8 players, Paul B reffing, has 1 monster but needs an a-ref.
Max 5250 – Chris G has stepped in to ref, has 6 players and an a-ref, needs 1 monster.

Young Players – Lucy stepped in to ref with Seamus, up to 10 players so plenty of space for more.

Max 10k – Aodhan moved over to ref this open dungeon, its at 7 players and one monster, needs an a-ref
White Wind Max 750 – With Laura switching monstering to ref, this will now be able to run. Will need an a-ref, as currently 5 players and 1 monster.
Church of the Destroyer Max 10k – This has been cancelled, with Aodhan stepping in to ref the open 10k
Max 3k – Down to 1 player and no crew, so will be cancelled.

Unfortunately the White Wind on Sunday is going to be cancelled as well now with people moving over to support the 10k.
