Just because law doesn't protect you doesn't mean people will instantly look to kill you. Many of us in Deci for example, already live, shall we say, on the edge of the law. We protect each other, watch each other's backs. Do what needs to be done. Choose who you travel with carefully, and who you put your faith and trust in, and realistically there will be no change here. And while there will be those who loudly proclaim against us, there will be those who will quietly support us. So it has always been. And while Squim acts as a chieftain should, strong, aggressive, proud and out in the open, there will always be opportunities for subtler, more nuanced plays that form stronger alliances between the tribes and their allies, not just in the lands of the Empire, but further afield. We are not alone.

I have zero intentions of being outlawed, I don't fight or tend to cause trouble. In fact I simply run a little potion shop and try to keep other goblins alive, was just curious as it seemed as though we were already past the point of being 'protected'.
