Morning,

There is now an event open on the system for bank holiday Monday. The title should give away what its all about, I will put up an IC brief in due course.

Cost: the dungeon is a triple length, it was when it was run on Thursday, and still is so its a £60 event, however its caves so cash minimum remains at £10.

Level: Originally it ran as a max 10k, and I would say is suitable for everyone between 5K-10K, with plenty for people under that level to get involved with, although some encounters are more dangerous than others. That being said the world is the world, so if your 20K+ character wants to be involved in rescuing your IC mate, I wont stop you, but bear in mind somethings may be easy for you (and this will probably be reflected in your points award).

Crew: Ill need some ideally a-ref and 3 monsters, the original a-ref sadly cant make it, so looking for a new set.

Original players: If your character is currently trapped inside, I have a mechanic for you to be rescued without the need to play, however if you want to be involved, drop me an e-mail, cost will be reduced to £30 for you, however you will be crewing for the first half of the day, you can then change at lunch time into your characters costume ready for a rescue.

That's it for now

Duncan

I should add to that, if anyone wants to say "Thank you" for me reffing the original Thursday or for this Monday, I'm playing a Quartet over the weekend and a couple of crew each day would be more than welcome.

cheers

CAn we have a party list?

I’m keen to play or crew but I don’t fancy any of it if people are over 20k

Dave

Posted by: duncanmatthias Mar 28 2018, 11:43 AM

Looking at it quickly is say it's 5k-10k roughly,

Rgds

I am booked on, currently intending to play Theo, 6k of priest, but like Dave, have little interest in playing him with 20k+ characters

Posted by: JackFlashblade Mar 28 2018, 01:28 PM

Booked on as Wyliham, just under 11k of E class warrior.

If it turns out I am much above the rest of the party I will swap to a lower points option.

Chris

Posted by: Harrumph Mar 28 2018, 02:41 PM

yeah I'm only 6k, happy to book off if everyone is much higher (over 10k)

Posted by: Dave Mar 28 2018, 03:46 PM

I’m playing snow - 7k wizard / kensi

I reserve the right to go home if 15/20k plus person/s plays

Posted by: JonMace Mar 28 2018, 05:53 PM

Just booked on as Joshua, St Mick PP mainly healing (expect to be hurt a bit when I heal you), but can mosh a bit, 4750 points.

Duncan knows the character very well LOL

Posted by: Forefallen Mar 28 2018, 10:10 PM

Dhia and I have booked back on.

She is playing a Vivomancer with some extra steps, and I'm playing 5.5k of quad and not a lot else.

Posted by: RichFromant Mar 29 2018, 09:03 AM

So, currently at 10 players, those who have admitted to being booked on/playing so far are:

Rich F- Theo - 6k Goodly Priest
Chris - Wyliham - 11k Warrior
Dave - Snow - 7k Kensai/wizard
Rich G - Grizzle - 6k Duellist/Wizard
Jon - Joshua - 5k Healing Priest
Sam R - Undecided
Will - Izrok - 7K Troll Warrior (To be rescued)
Rich E - Rangar - 8.5k Paladin/Necromancer (To be rescued)

Anyone else want to own up to who they are playing?

Posted by: Will Mar 29 2018, 11:34 AM

I'll be playing Izrok post hopeful rescue

Posted by: Trickyz Mar 29 2018, 07:24 PM

I am on as Rangar should we be rescued.

I'm mainly considering Lithmore, as loads of undead stuff. But if anyone in the party is an undead or necromancer I can switch to Joron!?

Rich, what can/can't Theo do!?

I'm also assuming that everyone can get themselves out!? :-)

Don’t worry, my need has been sated by your ‘World Whispers’ write up of the Amlas Quartet. Thank you Will

My report is now up so you have something to read today.

Thanks to Duncan and the monster hoard for todays tough dungeon, 7 deaths, 2 supreme sacrifices and a further 10% was the final total I think?

Posted by: JonMace Apr 3 2018, 03:13 PM

Thanks to all great party and very challenging monsters and dungeon.

Had great day, but after spending the last few weeks on "the grate office move" my back has being playing up, so if I was a bit moody at the end of the day I apologise.

Regards Jon

A great pair of dungeons, thanks to Duncan, crew and all the players.

I really did not think we would get out in any way shape or form!

Posted by: darkrule233 Apr 3 2018, 05:41 PM

Was certainly the hardest dungeon I've ever played. So hats off to all the crew and to Duncan for creating an awesome dungeon!

You should have played some of "The Family" dungeons also reffed by Duncan, just as tough but mind blowing in plot, its where I got that silly curse from.
