In the heart of Deci, as the sun dips below the horizon, a transformative veil seems to eminate from the Hallowed Hollow, casting it in a delicate embrace of Twilight Magic. This ethereal cloak, woven from what appears to be ancient enchantments, settles upon Deci with a whispered assurance, safeguarding its streets and spires from the ominous threat of ritual assault. As dusk unfurls its velvet hues, the city becomes a sanctuary, its boundaries traced in shimmering tendrils of arcane energy.
