Guildmaster Emilio Drake,
I’m afraid I’ve been in protracted negotiations until very recently which have taken my attention. However, I am returned and rejuvenated and wish to offer the Guild a further Guildhall built with funds provided by the Volksraad. If the Guild would like a new building constructed, please let me know where you would like one established. A most generous offer indeed. I believe Sellaville would certainly benefit from Guildhall.
