He was rumoured to possess a gem called the Heart of Tanis, a blood-red gemstone believed to be the crystallised heart of an ancient dragon, containing its raw life force. His daughter has informed us that he recently acquired it from an expeditionary force he had organized in the volcanic chambers of a mountain in the Southern Baronies.

A priestess of the Crescent Moon, Lirendel Moonsong, has also been reported missing. Her whereabouts remain unknown. It was rumoured that she possessed the Tear of Luna, a luminous moonstone believed to capture the ethereal essence of Elven spirits.

Arkunas the Shrouded, a master necromancer who commanded legions of undead and wielded the power of an object called the Sceptre of Shadows, has disappeared along with the said sceptre.
