We currently have 3 out of 6 CPs for the generic Gothiel City Hall PCLD435

We can also save up CPs for LotS Hit Squad PCLD388

If you want some scrolls as your LotS character, let me know.

I might be mistaken, but I want to say that the Generic City Hall CC has to be done either by council members or specific council based dungeons?

I sent Tony a cope of the CC, but it can be worked on by anyone who furthers the aims or reputation of Gothiel.

One of the benefits it gives is that any councelor may work on contracts normally only progressably by specific council members. Maybe that was what you were thinking of?
