Well what a bleak evening I've had here!

My congregation has turned against me, some of those I've guided from cradle to manhood! There I was scrubbing the altar and touching up the seven rings with a lick of paint when I heard the screaming mob.

They rushed in and literally tried to murder me where I stood, it was only by calling on an Angel of Unity that I was able to take refuge in the walls. I watched them ransack the place, deface our Lord's icongraphy and some of them were speaking dark words. They left talking about marching on Alguz and 'bringing down the Theocracy'.

I've tried scrying and its revealed very little about what in the heavens has happened. I would really appreciate some support on this from the City please on working out what is going on and leading a reconsecration of our village Shrine.

Aleford is easy enough to find for those that haven't been here, around 12 miles east of the City just before the Alg widens out properly.

The man found on the road was Edwin the Unseen, a priest of Subtlety who basically used to aid travellers in trouble and generally be quietly helpful.

Brother Barnaby was a priest of Serenity as we know.

Brother Javi would seem to be a priest of Unity.

The people under the "Dark Influence" where all from around Aleford. We should ask Brother Javi who may know more as he is their local priest.

The noble that overseas the land is Lord Jerome Damask a ley believer of Talthar.

No divinations give any information about the source of the things going on or, as far as I can tell, the location of Lord Jerome. (I may be wrong in that.)

Our best next step is for a group to travel to Brother Javi’s shrine. It will need some decent rituals to reconsecrate I would think.

Sunsday morning would be a good time to head there it would seem.
