Final Dawn Deci Honours Options

In recognition of his years of hard work in Deci and Forgetown, and in particular his profound generosity in the past year of IM 1023 that allowed the foundation of the Deci Urchins Benvolence Fund, Mayor Gideon Borealis is granted the inaugural Freedom of the City of Deci from now until the passing of the Final Dawn IM 1024.
