Book of Knowledge - Now available for Mercenary Use Options

Greetings,

During my recent travels, I have retrieved and restored the Book of Knowledge. This artefact can be used by any mercenary with a more academic nature. It can be used to find information, allows you to become aware of something that alters your scrying and even teach spells, miracles and evocations. More technical details are provided below. Please ask me if you wish to borrow the book to aid in a mercenary mission so I can check if it is available.

OOC:

Book of Knowledge - Requires a suitable phys rep with information in it, not any random book (Please supply your own phys-rep for the item if borrowed).
Can be used by anyone that is/has: Major Sphere Comms, Silver as a Colour, is a Seer, is a Druid with the Father of the World Status, or is a 6th-level Scholar.
The book is master status and calls to Raziel's Hand 1/day.
If a person writes a "comm question" in the book then they gain the benefits of injunction and shielded enquiry (regardless of the power base).
The person that starts the dungeon with the book gains a predungeon major prayers worth of relevant information that they read in the book.
The book has a pool of 30 Knowledge, this regenerates at 1/15 minutes (not with other power regen) can be used as follows:
A Major Prayer of the users main power base (4)
A Knowledge of the Arcane (4)
A "scholarly interest" type effect, but based on Knowledge of the Arcane (10)
With 30 seconds prep to learn a standard spell/miracle/evocation for the rest of the day, it must be one the user could learn: 1 per 2 power of the effect learned.
With 30 seconds prep to learn a published spell/miracle/evocation for the rest of the day, it must be one the user could learn: 1 per power of the effect learned.

I intend to be active in the coming months as part of the annual fund raiser for the library and would love to take the book on tour with me ensuring that it gets proper use rather than being stuffed in the bag of somebody with a shield.
