Just gonna pop these here in advance so you have them to hand

Blighted __: 1 grade of the damage is disease based, immunity to disease applies

Glacial __: Mantic, evil white mana. Ice, not light.

Fated __: Called on a damage grade, or attached to an effect. Cuts through everything apart from AC, to a max of 12pts. Abilities that say my reductions always apply etc apply.

__ through your blood: The effect being called manifests inside you, ignoring MAC and SAC. Immunity to curse applies, as does "My MAC/SAC" always applies. Despite the name, it isnt a flesh and blood effect, and will effect your essence etc.

Pluck: Ranged physical effect, a crow plucks your eyes out. Neutrality to animals applies. Physical, not flesh and blood.

Shriek: Physical ranged effect. Does 12/12 to the head, innate PAC applies, and an unlimited level halt.

Through the blood: It isnt inherently, but may be delivering touch effects.

Shriek: Single target, think of it like a sonic bolt attack.
