Someone (or something) is reported to have stolen a black feather in a DORC vault (recently submitted on 20th Orgus).

Communications have come up blank, but 2 DORAC scholars designated to study the item were found dead and item is missing- nothing else appears to have been taken.

On the ground investigation appears to show that no one 'broke in', however the door had been broken from inside... investigation continues.
