But then I noticed:

Hateful commands
Echoing through the silent home
Father's evil reigns

Then I worried:

Fear and suffering
Children's souls forever stained
Evil fathers rule

I blamed myself at first:

Grief and sorrow
Sadness engulfing my heart
Father is gone

I then reminisced:

Memories shared
Lingering like a distant haze
Father no more

Then I realised that it was over:

Lonely emptiness
Painful reminders of loss
My father is gone

I rallied and made my peace:

Heartache and tears
Wishing for one more embrace
Goodbye my father

Now what though:

Eager anticipation
Dreaming of distant lands afar
Hope for an adventure

A sprite was following me in the woods and we got talking and he said he was a poem sprite and I was his muse. Turns out he was rubbish ... only one worked! So the advice is if you meet a sprite that calls himself ChappieFour, ignore him!
