So, any ideas when we are likely to have the next instalment?

Late autumn (Nov/Dec) at the earliest. Maybe not until next year. I've burned myself out reffing too much over the last 3 years or so and with FR reffing/admin/etc as well and my own health struggles, I've resolved to take a bit of a break from reffing much this year (for my own stress/sanity/health as much as anything else), much as I would love to see it to its conclusion (which is mostly planned out and won't be bane-fully impacted time-wise IC).
It would make a good Pinewood 2-day. I'd be happy to put myself down to ref it next year as one of those if I don't get to it in the autumn/winter. Huw |

Huw Cool, I guessed you had other commitments from stuff you'd said. Just wanted to make sure I can make the dates. If there was sufficient interest I'd be prepared to put myself down to ref the closing part (either as two caves events or a pinewood 2-day) sometime in late summer (aug onwards)/autumn 2018. I realise that is some way off but other than Mistbound my caves keen is somewhat low, and I have a bunch of FR reffing commitments in spring/early summer next year (as well as running tabletop, skiing and so on).
Happy for someone to organise once we know what extended lengths there might be and when - so as not to clash. Huw |
