The Hall of Glass has presented the Convention of Nobility with the following tithe:
That despite taking the City of Alguz from the Realm of Glass without consulting the Empire or the Nobility, those instrumental should be shown clemency and not declared treasonous until they refuse to obey a direct instruction from the Senate in remedying this situation. This specifically includes Baron Galdor Bogginson, Thor and Harpell, as well as any others among the Talthari who the Senate after investigation deems responsible. This is considered a Matter of Substance.
