Shadowy gates open in the dark recesses of the Barony of Brehmen.

Wherever these portals are opened darkness descends as black as ink, seeming to move as if there is a being at its centre, directing the darkness at the speed of a swift pace.

Voices of a harsh Drowish dialect that has not been heard before seemed to be directing, commanding and on occasions a creature with tentacles sticking out of its mouth can be seen stepping out of the darkness and then shifting silently.

It seeps into buildings and then shifting back to the perimeter that the Drow had set up in the darkness.

Before long the pattern became clear that creatures of undeath were being taken.
