A Spirit Shield isn'y normally applied vs weaponblows, right? Even mantic or a +0 spirit weapon, right? Only pure spirit...?


So, if you have a character with some kind of 'last hit spirit-only', then am I right in thinking that a Spirit Sheild wouldn't soak blows from a mantic or a physical+spirit weapon, but if the character got down to the last hit, then the Spirit Shield would soak the damage of any spirit-only blows?

You are correct. Spirit shield only applies to purely spiritual things even if you are spirit only.
