Let it be known that the being known as Nanimo or 'Mo, who has recently travelled freely in our lands, is in fact the reborn form of Naga Yusaki: the dishonoured, previous Daimyo of the Snake. For the avoidance of any doubt, I re-emphasise the Warlord's declaration that he is outlawed in Amlas.

It is an offence in Amlas for anyone to offer this being aid. As such, all operations of his guild, the Red Flower Merchant Society are suspended in Amlas. Any Amlasian loyal to the Emperor should consider their membership of this organisation carefully, as any action that furthers its goals within Amlas will be considered aiding its guild master.
