Could I get some clarity on how stacking fractional reductions work. AIUI you can stack a fractional reduction with a second one, as long as one is general and one is specific:

A half elf, with half effect spirit bolt, takes a spirit bolt, halves it twice and takes 5 tblp

A dwarf with half effect red takes a fire blast, halves it twice and takes 3/1

Where does that line stop? Does 1/2 effect from evil sources (angel touched) stack with a tables resistance to an effect they're doing? An evil wizard casts pain at me when Im 1/2 evil sources and 1/2 effect pain, am I taking 6, or 3tblp?

It's actually really clear and all of the above are fine.
The isue isn't anything to do with resisting effects.

A clear example is 1/2 effect weapon blows doesn't stack with 1/2 effect fire vs a sword of power, but 1/2 effect magic and 1/2 effect fire would. Why? One is a damage reduction (1/2 effect weapon blows), the other is two resistances.

Just looking at my copy of the Neuronics book and there appears to be a typo on "Bomination" in regard to its immunities.

While it is obviously a "Domination" effect and it has resistance level factors, does immunity to "Beguile, Befriend and Spiritual Mastery" apply to it? or is it only immunity to Domination Effects and resistance levels?

Quick query - Does controlling undead (asking them to return to home plan) or ordering an undead to its death (walking across a trapped line or into certain death combat), break neutralities to undead? (as per table ability to <5th level lesser undead)

had someone says it stacks, but i don't trust it

my example is 5 skill levels in make healing from say witch, what happens multiclassing pathfinder? (yeah that is being specific )

Scholar is a published multiclass for Awakener. Would a (human, as it happens) Awakener acquire Scholar abilities as published (read languages, rec powerbase, use scrolls etc) or does the Awakener prohibition "can never acquire read languages" etc apply?
Possible follow-up question - if the latter, is the Scholar multiclass any use to an Awakener?

Yes they are racial innates, no that doesn't mean you can cast them for mana without being totally blatant.

Just a quick question let’s say an undead is controlled by a master of the dead so at infinite levels with a command undead to stand still and do nothing or act as they please and then a domination effect E.g. domination 10lvls to attack your allies what would happen, would the command stand as it is at higher levels or would the priest need to give another command?

If people are abusing perm effects beyond dungeon then don't.

This took a bit of thinking, and below might be a change from how people have reffed it.

They fall unconscious for 5 minutes, why? tHe 5 minutes is self inflicted from from the avenging spirit, so applies to all dying effects and similar.

A quick terminology check because I'm pretty rusty and can't find an official definition anywhere:

If I am in my magic-only live to minus, am I immune to everything non-magical (such as a TOD on the floor and spiritual healing), or just damage?

Assuming its worded as you are saying its just damage that effects your TBLP. A TOD still kills you, you can be cut in half etc.
If it says when I enter my live to minus I become magic only, then it applies to everything.

Spiritual AC 4+2 (4 rolls, -8%), Grants heal 1/day (4 rolls -4%) for a total of 8 rolls at -12%?

There are a lot of forms of "I keep my AC" and "Cutting through AC" around.

Accuracy negates PAC, obviously Immunity to Accuracy applies but do Fortitude and Master of Celerity?
Do the Accuracy skill and sharpened weapons mean that you cut through all PAC or just PAC from armour?

I get that Force Majeure reduces Armour Class, so the abilities that let you apply your AC don't work on it, but basically what's the difference between Fortitude and Immunity to Accuracy Vs PAC, and what gets round one but not the other?
What's the immunity for Target Prediction? Celerity?

Is there another way to cut through AC I'm missing, or another required immunity to always apply my AC hidden away?

Fortitude and Master of celerity do apply vs Accuracy.
Celerity indeed gives immunity to target predicioin.
And the supernatural celerity's work for cutting through MAC and SAC.

Gendered Vocals

Can a player alter a verbal to reflect the gender of their character (without yellow paper)? Is it acceptable to do so if they have words of the gods/personal incantations/similar? I'm not talking about doing it for advantage, purely so that the verbal actually makes sense for the character casting it.

For example, if I am playing a female character could I use 'I am the mistress here, and you will kneel before me' as the vocal for kneel before the master?
