Weekly Update, 25th & 26th March Options

A busy weekend coming up, spaces for those wanting to play but also a need for some more monsters, especially on the new or returning player events happening both days of the weekend.

Saturday
Caves Atheron - Harbour of Krinthos – A new chapter of the Atheron Campaign being reffed by Giles, is suitable new characters to the campaign or for those below 250 points still. See the Atheron forum for all the details. Currently has 6 players, an a-ref and 1 monster so ok to go, but more players and another monster would be good.
Max 1500 – Full on players with a waiting list and all good for crew with an a-ref and 3 monsters booked. Being reffed by myself.
Closed Returning Player Max 250 – A low level closed dungeon being reffed by Paul B for a group of 12 returning players and friends. Currently only has one monster so needs an a-ref and ideally another monster or 2.
Young Players – Laura and Lucy reffing this weeks Young Player event. Currently 10 players booked on it, so plenty of more room for people to join the fun.

Sunday
Max 500 – This lower level event is full on players and has a waiting list, but what it doesn’t have is an a-ref for any monsters. Heather is reffing it but will need some crew to help her out.
Closed Mythic New Player dungeon – We welcome some new players to the caves on this event being organised by Maria and reffed by Will P. Currently 6 players booked but it is in need of an a-ref and at least 1 monster to give them a good day.
Iain McG Closed max 750 – The 2nd part of a campaign being reffed by Gordon for Iain McG and friends. It currently has 8 players, an a-ref and 2 monsters, so is all good to go.
Max 3k – An open dungeon but currently just 1 player booked and no ref or crew, so suspect it will be cancelled unless a sudden surge of bookings!


Further Ahead
Wednesday Club is back next week, an evening max 1500 single length followed by pizza in the tavern. Currently 5 players booked, an a-ref and 3 monsters but missing the all important ref. Is someone able to step in and ref it?

April is just around the corner and brings with it a couple of things to be aware of:
The caves site is closed on the 1st and 2nd of April for a private booking. There will be no dungeons there that weekend but Will P is looking in to overland sites available, if anyone is keen to ref something get in touch with the booking line.
The easter weekend (8th & 9th) is the first extended length of the year, a max 1500 3-day being reffed at the Hamlet Wood site in Maidstone. It could do with a few more monsters, or people confirming if they are planning to drive by.
Currently at the caves that weekend there is a Young Players and a New players dungeon that needs a ref and some monsters. There is potential to run other dungeons Saturday and potentially Sunday but only if there is enough interest.

I've swapped from playing the max 500 on Sunday to A-Ref. Hopefully it is a step closer to running!

An update for the weekend, we are in need of crew both days.

Saturday
Caves Atheron - Harbour of Krinthos – Up to 7 players but no change on the crew front, has an a-ref and 1 monster.,
Max 1500 – Lots of changes on this during the week, is currently down to 9 players and needs a couple of monsters has now has none
Closed Returning Player Max 250 – Still in need of an a-ref and another monster
Young Players – Up to 14 players now, so looking all good.

Sunday
Max 500 – Full on players, and now has an a-ref and 2 monsters.
Closed Mythic New Player dungeon – Still in need of an a-ref and a monster to help out these new club members
Iain McG Closed max 750 – Down to 7 players but good on the crew front.
Max 3k – No change on this so will be cancelled

We also still looking for an a-ref for next weeks Wednesday club as well
