Investigation of slaying of 2 mercenaries, Sunsday 21st Januar Options

Having recovered from being savagely cut in half by another mercenary and then dumped on the plane of undeath (albeit not by said mercenary) on Sunsday just gone, I just wanted to reach out and make sure that this issue was being investigated and resolved.

As I understand it, a small, twitchy creature called Squizzle who accompanied the brave legionnaires of the 18th Legion and the representatives of the Deci Gents, was also butchered.

The day's hire was organised in Deci, by a fellow called Sixth Shadow, on behalf of the Deci Council, but we of the Legion met up in Thimon with the aforementioned representatives of the Deci Gents.

I was informed that the unconscious body of our assailant was handed in to the relevant authorities, but I'd like to know that this is all in hand.

It’s possible they’ve gone direct to the Deci Magistrate but I haven’t seen or heard of anything.

Sorry been on a five day bender only just got sober enough to read when I heard about this, yeah Carasay my buddy from deci was dominated when a spirit ghostly thing drained him until the ghostly thing was full, he then sadly killed two members we were travelling with as stated above hopefully they can for give him wouldn’t want him to be tracked down and killed like a dog.

I too witnessed one of the alleged murders and later restored my slain comrade to life when it was safe to do so - Mead was pivotal in dealing with this.

Its not often I hear a mercenary apologise while killing another while shouting that they couldnt stop themselves telling us to keep away from them.

Having considered the testimonies presented I am satisfied that the unfortunate incident was one caused due to the will of the accused being drained of their ability to resist the dominion of a foe who then compelled then to commit acts against their choosing and to act.

My thanks to those who provided witness statements thank you.

Caraway, thank you for submitting yourself for judgment and allowing the swift application of Imperial Justice.

You are absolved of this crime and free to go. I also commend you on your attempts to warn your companions that you had become a danger to them.

This judgment has been ratified by The Covenant.
