Greetings from Halgar,

following on from the Senate's work in improving and securing the Empire's finances the Empress has agreed to increase standard mercenary pay within the Empire to a base of 4000 Grulls.

I need to thank the Kurth Honeyman of the merchant endeavour of Shank & Honeyman who helped sponsor and clear the final mine that allowed this to happen.
