The storms around the Storm Peaks gathered in ferocity. Barely a minute passed without some flash or peel of thunder reverberating around the valleys and rolling out across the Broken Lands.

It didn't take much of a mystic eye to understand that power was gathering, and the flavour gave a clear indication that Mutley was at the centre.

The thunder continued to build in the storm peaks. Mutley was definitely at home.

The casual observer might comment that it was a good thing that this residence was literally a mountain. A conventional structure probably couldn't withstand the ferocity of the storms that encased the peaks and indeed at least half the tallest mountain. One thing was clear though; whatever project was being worked on here was complete.
