If you have an ability that gives you PAC or DAC over max ac becomes numerical reductions, can you apply that vs effects that cut through those types of ac.
Ta No, as it's not above your max a/c since it's not applying. If you had celerity/fortitude etc. Then you are fine. Force mature is also a bane here. Lee |
