Weekly Update, 12th & 13th August Options

A quiet weekend just gone due to another extended length taking place, which by all accounts went very well. The countdown is on to the next extended length, the 2 party max 5250 4-day starting with roleplay night on Thursday 24th then time in proper Friday morning running to Monday 28th August. It is in serious need of monsters, especially the Friday and Monday. If anyone is able to help out then drop the booking line an email.

Coming up this weekend we have:

Saturday
Max 5250 Lead Up - The only official lead up for the above mentioned extended. There are 2 dungeons booked, one reffed by Lee and one by Tiffer. Currently across the two parties there are 14 players, 2 a-refs and 1 monster. Could do with a few more monsters.
Young Players – Currently an empty event, will need some players and some refs to be able to happen.

Sunday
Antony W Birthday Max 500 – Antony celebrating his birthday with the dungeon being reffed by Will P. It has 8 players, an a-ref and 1 monster. So room on both sides if you want to help give Antony a good day.
Max 500 – An open dungeon designed for people on their 3rd or 4th visit to the caves and those that want to help give them a good day. Is full on players, has 2 monsters but needs the all important ref plus an a-ref to help them out.
Atheron – Hektor’s Hire – This has been cancelled by Stuart and will be rearranged


Further Ahead
Wednesday club is back next week after a short break between extended lengths. The usual max 1500 evening single length followed by pizza. I am reffing this one, has 5 players and some crew already so plenty of room on both sides to join the fun.

Just a quick plea for Saturday only adult dungeon on is the lead up - the two parties will be split out on the day but still need a monster or two.

This leads on to the event proper in just a few weeks, comfortable site with proper beds, all the food and drink you can consume (if you’re booked monster let us know any special booze, soft drink, snack requests we can get sorted) and a really badly put together party for you to mock as you pick us apart.

Saturday
Max 5250 Lead Up - Still at 14 players, 2 a-refs and 1 monster across 2 parties, Needs at least one more monsters.
Young Players – Up to 5 players, so will be running, it however still needs 2 refs. With a lot of the usual Young Player refs away, is anyone able to step in?

Sunday
Antony W Birthday Max 500 – Up to 9 players but still only a ref, a-ref and 1 monster on crew front. Another monster would be great
Max 500 – Has gained Thom I as the ref, still full on players and has 2 monsters, needd an a-ref to help the day run smoothly.

I've booked on to monster the max 500 on Sunday but will happily a ref it if no one better can be found.
I a reffed for the first time a couple of weeks ago and quite enjoyed I.
