That through its lack of discourse the rebels of Alguz have invaded land held by the Nobility. That they be made to acknowledge the ownership of such land within the city and territory of Alguz, or by their refusal whether by denying it or giving no answer at all such land is considered to have been invaded. As invaders this House demands the Empire repels such an invasion. This is considered a Matter of Empire.
