There is an open Max 500 OL event organised for Saturday 31st July.
It has already filled up with 12 players and without doubt needs a solid crew to deliver an awesome* experience to the players concerned and ensure they are challenged for the day. So I'd really appreciate anyone who is able to commit stepping up and booking to crew. I plan to have the event written and completed in advance so there will be the chance to look over and cackle with glee** ahead of the day. If any of the palyers can call in favours, twist arms, kidnap a friends etc to ensure we have crew that would be great. Hi jame, there are currently two people looking for lifts. We'll need to pick up kit/key from the caves and so i don't foresee it being a problem getting you both lifts, however at this stage i cannot tell you exactly who will be ferrying people as everyone I know on the party are west london/surrey based.

can everyone who needs a lift pm me? i know of josh, but if our monster needs a lift please let me know or anybody else as we have spare car space and i just want to ensure we have enough.

Max 500 OL in the Sun this Saturday 31st July at J6. Crew still needed...send reinforcements. Anyone free to come and monster please, please, please book on. I wold advise that the 12 players currently booked on need to seriously start looking for friends and other club members that may owe them favours and start calling them in. No crew = no dungeon

Ok with Rhi and Matt are going straight to the site, and Paul with me do you have anthony's transport sorted?
If so that only leaves palyers to organise themselves and I can fit one or two more in if needed 9Josh & Hatch for example). Can we all aim to be at the site for 10am please and ideally pre-battle boarded for time saving so we can get started as early as possible. I shall be looking to leave the pit as close to 9am as possible so if people do need/want a lift from me be there and ready or get left behind  Hopefully the weather will be ok, looking forward to it. -------------------- Gordon Court

Anthony has said he is fine for transport to the site.
Rich D is going to the cave first so would like a lift, i'll let him know your timings, the only other issue is getting kit/key back to the caves - have you got this covered?
