So is looking like a cold week ahead, tomorrow especially, when we are due to have Tuesday Club running, please keep an eye out here for if any announcements if the snow gets bad in the area. Is currently due to be ok by the weekend. On to this weeks events:

Tuesday Club
A max 750 evening of a single length the pizza being reffed by myself. Currently has 8 players, and 2 monsters, so room on both sides, with an a-ref being the priority.

Saturday
Fallen Angels Part 1 Max 1750 – The re-arranged first instalment of the new campaign being reffed by Lee. Currently full on players but has no monsters, really does need at least 2
Pre 8th Dungeon – For all the new characters out there a low level dungeon being reffed by Stacey and Ed. It is the first double length they have reffed so they would like another monster to join the 1 they have booked. Are a couple of player spaces still as well
Young Players – Currently 8 people booked to player both sections, some will need to take a turn monstering to make this run. It also needs a 2nd ref to join Rich E
We have an evening booking for the caves as well today

Sunday
Max 15k Hylos Dungeon – The end of a series of dungeon looking to free Scarlene from the influence of The Shadow of the First Evil. Currently 8 players at a spread of points, Lee has Fi as his a-ref and 1 monster, but ideally needs 1 more.
Earthsunder Max 500 Guild Special - Is full on everything! Graham P reffing the next of the guild specials, keep an eye out if a space does come up.
St Michael Max 10k Guild Special – Being beffed by Will as the next part of his “The Fate of King Sharmyn” campaign, has 14 players currently but no a-ref or monsters. It will obviously need some, or people will have to book off.

Further Ahead
Less then 2 months now to the first extended length of the year, can people please start getting deposits in if they haven’t already. Please do look at the list to consider monstering some as well.

The first Thursday club of the year ran last week, March’s one is already in the diary. A max 5250 being reffed by Duncan on Thursday 22nd. It already has an a-ref and 1 monster so just needs enough players to make it run.

Chris G is looking to organise an event on the 11th March for those not doing family duties for Mothers Day, if you are interested see his post here: http://www.labyrinthe.co.uk/forum/index.php?showtopic=32661

Rumours and Gossip
There are a number of people who still owe the caves money from where they haven’t been able to pay for dungeons at the caves. Ed I done his best debt collector impression yesterday and reminded a number of people, but if you do you money please pay up!

Apologies for the late posting this morning, the curse of the M25 struck again and my journey took nearly twice as long as it should have done!

The snowfall and delays it has caused has meant a couple of players have already got in touch to say they wont be able to make it tonight, if anyone else is unable to make it then please let us know. We will keep an eye on the weather and confirm later one way or the other but currently looking clear of snow around Chislehurst.

So, having chatted to Duncan and taken in to account the current weather and predicted weather for this evening, plus the fact the caves car park wont be gritted, we have taken the unfortunate decision to cancel this evenings dungeon. A number of people had already been in touch to say they couldn't make it, and didn't want to risk those who could being stuck in the caves car park. Apologies to all effected.

Tuesday Club will be back in 2 weeks

The snow is still about and may potentially cause some issues at the weekend. The worst of it is meant to be over and done with by the weekend so we should be all good for the caves to open but please keep an eye on the forums for any announcements. There is still some snow forecast in the area for Friday so may end up being a late decision for Saturday, Sunday currently looks warm enough to melt the ice and dry so should definitely be fine.
The cut off has now passed for booking off dungeon this weekend but if you can't make it then please email the booking line to confirm.

The current state of play is:

Saturday
Fallen Angels Part 1 Max 1750 – Down to 8 players and still in need of at least 1 monster
Pre 8th Dungeon – 10 players and 2 monsters
Young Players – Up to 10 people involved

Sunday
Max 15k Hylos Dungeon – 9 Players, needs 1 more monster
Earthsunder Max 500 Guild Special - Still full
St Michael Max 10k Guild Special – Still needing a-ref and monsters

Apologies to Ed and Stacey as I can't make it down for what I'm sure is a superb dungeon. Very sad to be missing out, but the snow and ice we've still got here (rural village) means I've got snow chance of making it in.
