Word spread around the city. Governor De’Ville had been successful in crushing the Demonic Forces in rural Halgar and reclaiming the territory. Reports were sketchy, and everyone was certain that someone would make a proper announcement soon.

Either way, the rural lands had been regained, and the city could begin to rebuild.
