His friends knew him as Hugo, and most of those who had met him seemed to consider him a friend. Slow to anger, a man of peace and kindness, said to look to a holy flower for inspiration - maybe his interpretation of Primus itself?

Unlike so many fascist followers of the goodly faiths, Hugo was renowned as one to give everybody the chance to repent from evil. This is normally done by giving those murky hearted people leaflets... about how to not be evil...

Those who follow his stories and try to emulate his deeds talk about how he recently gave willingly of his Vitae to save the place spirit of an isle off the coast of Keys. When questioned as to why he looked confused as to why people questioned his sacrifice, he simply said that the spirit was far more important than he, as was the lives of the hundreds of common-folk who depended on it.

Maybe this was why he went into a rage, so uncharacteristic of him, and slew one of his companions after he had killed the spirit.

After he willingly handed himself into custody, there has been unrest in Halgar with different groups clashing over their opinions of what his fate should be. Most of the common-folk have been calling for his release, and have started to treat him as a hero, whilst some stalwart upholders of the law have stated that he committed murder and thus must be executed for such.

Whatever happens, his willing sacrifice of his very vitae has gained him folk hero status with the people of Halgar.
