Hi there,
Could someone in the know tell me if I can use online booking on behalf of Simon and Christian under my login? It certainly would be easier for me than creating 3 logins when its gonna be me that manages it anyhoo. Thanks Zoe |

Thanks Zoe I highly doubt it Zoe, it would mean creating booking groups in the code which would only benefit, on a regular basis about 20 people and could cause a lot more problems. Just my guess Jon Mace PS if it did happen the booker would be responsible to pay for all spaces Again just the way I would do things |

Hi there, Could someone in the know tell me if I can use online booking on behalf of Simon and Christian under my login? It certainly would be easier for me than creating 3 logins when its gonna be me that manages it anyhoo. Thanks Zoe Sorry Zoe, but no. A club member can only book on to one event/role a day or they get an error message. So if you booked to play on your log in, and then tried to book for Christian it would fail on several counts. 1) because you are already booked to play something and the website has been designed to recognise you can only be in one place at any time (can't you?? ) and 2) that you are too old (barely ) to be a young player. If you tried to book for Simon, again you would have the same issue as #1. Also if you wanted to check what you re booked on to to organise your diary or something it would only show events for Zoe, not Simon & Christian. You can still just email a booking or call the office line, but it is definately a good idea to get both Simon and Christian to register, and upgrade to level 2 as this is also now the membership form. Means it's easy for you to keep up to date if details change and allows me to add them both on to events or staffing positions as a club member as opposed to XXX. This way they could just log in and check out their future bookings, even if the office is closed. Rachael (ps.. aren't these smilies great!!? ) -------------------- ... And the thing is, I like my evil like I like my men - evil. You know, straight up, black hat, tied to the train tracks, ´soon my XX-ray will destroy Deci bad
