Gnug and Dusk, it is truly an honor to have been nominated. However I must decline this nomination. I would have loved the opportunity to stand for Lord Knight and the opportunity it provides to address my fellow Knights on our collective purpose. Sadly, I cannot give the commitment of time and energy that the role ultimately requires. Thank you.

Cracking weekend with some truly epic moments. Not even the biblical levels of rain could put a dampener on the event. Top notch writing, propping and reffing from Huw and Paul. Incredible enthusiasm from the monster team particularly given the weather. Awesome food from Richard, perfect for the weekend. Great cakes from Tim T. And a great bunch of players to spend time with.

Thanks all.

Hi,

I've managed to lose a whole load of red costume, base layers, tabards, quilted armour. If anyone's got a mystery a bag of red kit in a cupboard somewhere could they let me know.

Thanks,

Henry

I've done a switcheroo as well but to play. What's the deal with top secret? Just trying to work out what to play and can't find my kit for my knights character.

Greetings I am looking for someone capable of crafting leather Armour this Starsday. I'm finding it increasingly difficult to find someone who can make it in the right dimensions for my rather slight frame.

Please contact me if this is something you can help with.

My thanks in advance,

Strong M.T. Furious

Dear me, how incredibly pathetic this makes your empire seem. Given the chances of any of these terribly intimidating people ever coming into contact with young Lucifier I'd suggest you hang on to it chap until someone makes you a sensible offer.

Shouting discipline would sound better. I still don't get why people say "word of recall" rather than a word.

3. +2 casting levels means that you can cast, without killing yourself, all handbook spells. Given how often refs set dungeons assuming that a wizard can cast Dispel 10, that is worth being able to do.

Personally I'd say casting levels are a waste of points you pick them up fairly trivially along the way and are there really that many high lvl spells you'd want to cast especially at this many points.

How about if you don't think they are any good you just don't play them. It's not like the rules are shrouded in secrecy and you only get to see your options once you've started the character is it.

This is very good advice.

yup Warrior priests are awful beyond the low level system, which these days you're out of very quickly, no idea why people keep insisting on recommending them to new players. Play Pure, Armoured or if you want to use a weapon Crusading priests only I reckon.

I have similar,if not identical, information.

Court of Brass and Court of Peacocks
location on chaos isles, defenses, leader (or best person to negotiate with) number of slaves? Anything else pertinent?

~ In line with most of the Courts the only person with real power is the Lord, unless someone replaces him thus becoming the Lord. The Peacocks tend to have some skill manipulating animals and such, and are very concerned about art. This includes the art of weapons and such. Brass are less concerned and currently politically weak. None of the court of Brass hold pacts with undead for some reason.
Both holds scores of slave, perhaps 200 in total. However the term slave is not in the sense they are mistreated, though it is the case for some of those serving the peacocks.
Both have a central keep that is easy to find when within their lands that is heavily warded. As with the other courts specific information is protected until within their lands.
Neither court is known to hold any specific odd pacts, other than the pact with Imrazil that all of the courts hold.
In times gone by the Peacocks used to sevre as Champions on a battlefield if needed ~

Anyone seeking to attack the knights or interefere with the declaration of the lord knight?
~ It is likely the court of Shadow will seek to stop you, and the Arc of Fire ~

I've lost a off white very large woollen tabard it's kind of joined together at the sides and looks like part of a monks robes the western rather than eastern kind. Left it at the caves a couple of weekends ago.

If anyone's seen it could they please let me know?

Thanks,

Henry
