I'm warrior priest gone warrior, I was thinking it would be easier for me to get damage reductions than for DOTF or weapons priest but having done it i'm stuck. I'm about 1800 points at the mo
What are the ways to get contra bsttrd swoirds or EWM shield? I could take warrior to 8th but would rather leave that until much later Or maybe just apply for them on table 10? It does not appear that I can even buy lesser contras as that is 1st class war subclass I don't have a sphere, I'm LN Any advice greatly revcieved, thanks Richard |

Or if happy with temp reductions, for the big battles, go with daily innates or non standard miracles. Probably need major sphere benediction but then be easy enough to get combat buff miracles. Investing 1-2k in a MR might seem a huge investment, but it gives such a solid foundation for anyone not 1st class warrior but looking to be frontline. Cheers, Sean |

I have a multi class for a warrior priest based around the Miracle “Watching” and Chosen of the Faithful. So both go above max ac as a damage reduction, both increase to 3pts and can recast if already up for only 1 spirit. Then inmates of stack 2 watching for a 9pt damage reduction a few times a day.
Not bad, and a more priestly way of doung it. But then you do need to get your base AC from elsewhere. Stuart |

Priest of the runes might work
In addition to granting SAC the runes on your armour grants a damage reduction. Miracles are probably the best way to come at this as you are a 1st class priest. Having bought warrior, going 8th is the cheapest and easiest way to get numerical using this approach. Contra mastery 3 weapons then vs. Everything - all published MR is another route They are all pretty expensive but if you want to be a “fighty” priest, it is worth it David |

As a power user if you aren't looking to go 8th Warrior early doors I'd look at your power-up miracle options, almost certainly focus on Numerical first as you are rightly doing but think about what you want it to interact with later...
Your Race is your best shot at perm Fractions or Percentiles if you want to end up with some proper combat stats be that spirit only with 1/2 effect Good / Evil on Tbl 12 and a level 7 and 8 with a percentile or something else... If you are going spirit only your numerical could be a miracle of Xpts off Spiritual Component because it's more limited in its application but later when you go spirit only won't matter... Certainly anything you apply for has better mileage from being a Warrior now so anything you app write post 6th Warrior on it |

Fist obvious option is spiritual vessel
Take warding sphere, it has your best options for damage reduction... Stuart’s option makes a lot of sense. Other option is rages... warrior will give you life and AC but in reality your dss as mage reduction will come from your priest skills. Patch -------------------- Patch
