Weekly Update, 30th June & 1st July Options

So with July coming up it sees the next extended lengths, plenty of guild specials, overlands, and the usual weekend, Tuesday and Thursday options.

Saturday
St Michael Max 10k Guild Special – The penultimate part of The Fate of King Sharmyn campaign being reffed by Will P. Currently at 8 players so room for more, although there are no advisor slots available. It does however need an a-ref and some monsters to be able to run
Max 1500 4-day Lead up – Being reffed by Lee and Jasper, setting the scene and getting the party together ready for the 1500 4-day this summer, is in need of monsters. Plenty of player space on this event and the 4-day itself if anyone wants to be involved, see below for more details
Closed Davenport Low – Being reffed by Julian D for some new players, is full on crew, so thanks to all club members helping out!

Sunday
Max 1k – Only 2 people booked on this open dungeon so far, it is in need of a ref and some crew as well as more players if it is to run
Forsaken Dominion Max 3k 4-day lead up – Being reffed by Sarah and Ian ready for the 4-day in August, it has 8 players booked already and 1 monster.


Further Ahead
Tuesday back is next week, will let you know when its on the diary to book on to but will set up a separate post later today to try and arrange refs for the next batch of them but they still will be running every other week.

The Thursday dungeon is fairly early in July, the 12th. It is an unbalanced max 11k being reffed by Sam M. Is up on the diary for booking.

As a reminder, the caves site is closed the 7th & 8th July as we have an external booking using it, plus a 2-day running that weekend and an overland both days. Coming up in August we have 2 back to back 4-days, a max 3k running from the 18th August to the 21st that is being reffed by Sarah and Ian. It is full on players but needs some more monsters. The max 1500 is then running from the 22nd to the 25th August and is being reffed by Lee and Jasper. It only has 9 players, so needs some more. The cost of this event is £390, however if you monster the first one and play the second the cost is £290, for that you get fun and food all week, a chill out night in between events and earn up to 800 points plus 360 monster points! Rumours and Gossip
The new Almanac is being worked on, and should be out by the end of July.

During July we will also be having our first meeting regarding the 2019 extended lengths, if you have any ideas, requests or keenness to ref drop me a message.

Most extended lengths these days have a whats app or facebook players group chat, these help build the keen and try and help get a balanced party.

I'm contemplating switching from Monstering the 2-Day to Monstering the two overlands.

Seems their need is greater and if its at Buckmore that's just a few minutes drive away from me.

Will see nearer the date how monster stands.

That would be fantastic! Obviously don't want to leave the 2 day short, but sounds like they are ok for crew.

The 2 Day actually has one crew space currently as the Mr W. Power was still registered and he had advised me he could no longer attend.

So we re not full on crew as things stand, obviously if BBB decides to stay closer to home we'll have two spaces.

The St Mick guild special on Saturday has been cancelled due to various players now not being able to make it. A number of those involved have moved over to play or crew the 1500 4-day lead up, which now has 12 players, an a-ref and 2 monsters, so still room for 1 more monster. The closed low dungeon is still looking all good to go.

Sunday's Max 1k was cancelled, the 3k 4-day lead up is full on players but still space for 1 more monster.

Tuesday Club is on the event diary for next week, 3 players and 1 monster already booked but is in need of that all important ref still
