Grappling and physicality Options

Ok it's something that comes and goes.
I'd just like to guage where peoples minds are when it come to what counts and doesn't count as grappling.
Personally if people agree what they are good with that is up to them and provided they are both happy thats fine.
Personally I don't do that side of things but that is my choice.
What bothers me is when someone who is basically a foot taller than me charges through the combat line through momentum and force, basically grappling their way to the non-combatants to me their lack of contol on arrival basically constitutes grapplying, which is not part of our game system.
If people could just repect each other enough to abide by the system guidance that would be great.
