Rather than filling up the information thread with ideas and thoughts, I thought a new discussion here would be useful. Then we can discuss what we've learned and what we want to prioritise. I've copied my short form summary as to options as I see it here.

- Return to the temple. Work out who Talenarax really is, who they work for/serve, what their plans are and how to permanently defeat them. If possible work out how to cleanse the temple and who the forces of the destroyer are and what they're up to.

- Find the goodly high priest. Talk to/help him about further empower Humanity. And also probably just how we can help.

- Deal with one or more of the plague pits spreading corruption.

- Go to the Dead Place and talk to/help Gorthak.

- Ritually empower the soldiers/potential champions. Could link with empowering Humanity. Could be banner rites or similar. Requires planning/effort.

- Retake old forts now lost to the corruption, or go aid other settlements.

- Spend time empowering a location, a fort or similar, such that it can resist the corruption.

- Speak to the locals about using the native powers of corruption in a humane and natural fashion.

Personally, I would choose returning briefly to the temple to learn more on Talenarax. This seems most important; there are too many unknowns and that makes me nervous. Then find the goodly high priest and further empower Humanity (so perhaps later we can empower the people with it once it is more strongly linked to their faith). We should also try and talk to Gorthak for sure. It is not my choice though, and I'll go wherever we decide is best.

Some of the above could very likely be 'side missions' done between the more important tasks.

Firstly Great work jarle thank you.

I feel a similar way, I would like to go back to the Temple see if there is more to learn on Talenarax and how we can defeat them.

I think we should try to strengthen Humanity's Hold or places nearby some more before we move on to find the other settlements.

Gorthak would be next on my list I feel we need to go to the dead forest and find him and help him. we know he still currently alive and afraid to fight back wracked with guilt it’s only a matter of time before he falls to corruption again in his current state.
Maybe he could be one of the people we could empower?

I thought we killed Talenarax outside Humanities Hold. We had te regenerate his heart.

Which ever way I agree returning to the temple and finding out more then trying to cleans it and aline it to "Life" would be a good thing to do.

Strengthening Hunanities Hold before moving on seems like a good plan as well.

Getting to Gorthak would be next on my list.

I have a muster planned in March were I hope to start building or rebuilding another settlement which seems to tie in well with other people's thoughts.

We did but he is not permanently dead. We just 'defeated' him. It was a minor setback and not one he or his followers are overly worried about. I detail this a little more fully in my fuller report.
