Finally got one going on the big day down and have a few questions.

1. Do they get the free 8th level miracle i.e. Restore life

no they are hermits, so can buy it later.

2. Someone said that when they buy additional mana they only get half but I cant see that anywhere.

someone ia clearly and ap trying to get you killed. They get mana fine.

3. I take it they can include WFA miracles on their list but not cast them mantically unless the ability is bought?

Vivomancers don't follow normal path mantic restrictions. So its based on the level of the miracle.
