Taverns and Tapsters, Information Required Options

Good evening folks,

As per Jan's post, I'm putting together an IC guide to the taverns and inns of the Empire. Like Jan I think the tavern is kind of underestimated as a source for plot; yet how many times have people defended a tavern on a Myths or similar? Our characters spend a rather large amount of time in taverns (some more than others), and by giving more depth and continuity to these locations it'll give a greater immersion to adventures.

So! I'd love to hear from everyone about the taverns all over the Empire (and beyond, though the focus will be on the Empire itself to begin with). Mostly I'm looking for information from referees about taverns they've set. I don't expect you to remember the names of every place of hire you've shoved mercenaries in the past decades, but if people can remember the places of note then that would be fantastic. I'm not just interested in the tavern but in the people within it - the innkeepers and owners, and the people that frequent it. Any and all information you can provide would be fantastic. If you're a player who remembers a tavern of note then let me know and I can chase down the referee who set it.
