I was just wondering the ease of meding back innate spells and if anyone bothered with it.
The character is a martial vochstelen and if it's possible to meditate innates back then I'd be more likely to blow stuff all though the day. How would you suggest it works (as points back that then becomes an innate once the acquired time has generated enough mana) or something easier. Your insight is most welcome. -------------------- Wayne

Medding back innates works in one of two ways.
(A) You state before you meditate which innate you are medding back (B) You mediate and on completion of meditation you regain the equivalent mana's worth of innate spells that you would have got power for. The rate is same as power user with appropriate med rate multipliers. So 7 mana's worth for a full hour double / triple I'm not sure which method Lee favours but I would imagine that method A would be slightly less expensive than B as its less flexible. B allows you to see how much med you get then choose what you get back when you finish medding. Just because you can med does not mean that you will have time to med.
For me I find that standard meds only work on extended length dungeons |

As Deluge I have "I can no longer meditate. Instead, I can cast an evocation up to my meditation rate for free once per 15 minutes" which might be ideal if most of what you're doing is flinging around low level combat advantage stuff.

I like that Leo, That's a cool way of doing that particular version of freebie innate / power regen.
